James N. Walker
Chairman
As Chief Executive Officer at Inadco, James is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for the company. As a pioneer in performance-based advertising, James brings a strong background in building and leading teams to develop innovative advertising solutions.
Before founding Inadco, James served as Vice President of Syndication at Connexus Corporation (now Epic Media Group). Epic Media Group is one of the largest performance-based online advertising companies in the world. Prior to that, James served as part of the founding team and Vice President of Sales at Netblue. Netblue was one of the first performance-based advertising companies to reach $100MM+ in annual revenue.
James received his BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chris Moore is a Partner with Redpoint Ventures focusing on consumer Internet, online advertising and business services opportunities.
Chris currently serves on the board of directors of Auditude, Efficient Frontier, BlueKai, eBureau, Extole, Inadco, Entertonement and Vuze. Chris also led Redpoint's investment in Right Media (acquired by Yahoo!) and was actively involved with Redpoint's investment in MySpace (acquired by News Corporation).
Chris holds a dual degree in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford GSB.

Michael Walrath is a serial entrepreneur and Angel investor at WGI Group in New York City.
Previously, Michael served as Founder & CEO of Right Media, the world's first exchange for online advertising. Today, the exchange has over 170,000 buyers and serves 10B+ impressions per day. Right Media was purchased by Yahoo! in 2007 for approximately $850MM.
Michael holds a degree in English from the University of Richmond.
