James N. Walker
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer at Inadco, James is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for the company. As a pioneer in performance-based advertising, James brings a strong background in building and leading teams to develop innovative advertising solutions.

Before founding Inadco, James served as Vice President of Syndication at Connexus Corporation (now Epic Media Group). Epic Media Group is one of the largest performance-based online advertising companies in the world. Prior to that, James served as part of the founding team and Vice President of Sales at Netblue. Netblue was one of the first performance-based advertising companies to reach $100MM+ in annual revenue.

James received his BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dave Zinman
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Inadco, Dave is responsible for managing the company's CPL platform business. As an accomplished executive in online advertising, Dave brings an extensive operating background and a proven formula for scaling online businesses.

Prior to Inadco, Dave was VP & GM for Display Advertising at Yahoo!. Dave joined Yahoo! through the acquisition of BlueLithium in 2007, where he served as SVP & GM of the company's ad network. As a founder of AdKnowledge in 1995, Dave pioneered ad serving technology and is credited by Wikipedia as co-inventor of the first ad server. The company was sold to CMGI in 1999, at which time Dave became SVP of Product Marketing for Engage, a CMGI company.

Dave graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science and from Stanford University GSB with a Masters of Business Administration.

Gene Linetsky
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering at Inadco, Gene is responsible for the design and development of the company's Cost-Per-Lead advertising platform. An experienced engineer and successful entrepreneur, Gene brings a strong background for product development and building & leading high-performance engineering teams.

Prior to joining Inadco, Gene was Founder and CEO of CBMS Networks, Inc. CBMS Networks, Inc. is an industry leader in machine listening and content-based search technologies. Prior to that, Gene served as Vice President of Endpoint Products at Check Point Software. Gene was instrumental in building some of Check Point Software's most successful products.

Gene received his BS in Mathematics and MS in Mathematics/Education from Ural State University in Russia.
Scott Shanker
Vice President of Advertiser Sales
As Vice President of Advertiser Sales, Scott is responsible for leading Inadco's advertiser sales team and driving the company's revenue growth. With over eleven years of experience, Scott is one of the most knowledgeable and accomplished executives in the Cost-Per-Lead advertising industry.

Prior to joining Inadco, Scott served as Vice President, Strategic Accounts at LeadPoint where he led major account sales across multiple verticals for the company. Prior to that, Scott was the first advertiser sales hire at LowerMyBills.com where he led the national sales and account management team that was instrumental in growing the business from $10MM/year to over $200MM/year.

Scott received his BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
John Hamilton
Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, John is responsible for leading Inadco's advertiser performance team and driving the company's revenue growth. John has over twelve years of experience as a trusted advisor to executives in the Financial Services, Education, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, and Technology industries.

Before joining Inadco, John was Senior Director of Marketing for the Education vertical at QuinStreet. John led the advertiser side of QuinStreet's $175 Million Education business, growing it over 15% during an industry wide contraction. Prior to QuinStreet, John was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey where he focused on retail and consumer clients.

John received his BS in Marketing from Iowa State University and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
